Wise Energy Advisors is operated by Broadfield Wisdom LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect on wiseenergy.us and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you enter in our forms: name, phone number, email, home address, electric company, estimated bill, whether you own the home, and for job applicants, experience and location.
- Proof of your consent to be contacted: the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on.
- Technical and advertising data: browser type, pages visited, and ad identifiers such as UTM tags and click IDs, plus cookies set by Meta and Google if you arrive from their ads.
How we use it
- To prepare your Solar Analysis and Savings Report, contact you about it, and schedule appointments.
- To submit your project, with your permission, to our installation partner and financing providers.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To review job applications.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM and phone systems), with our installation partner and financing providers when you choose to move forward, and when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete your information, by replying STOP to a text or emailing privacy@wiseenergy.us.
